Just to let you know that our multi fuel stove was delivered today. The delivery company phoned on Saturday to arrange delivery, the man on the phone was very helpful, I explained that we had bought the multifuel stove for our son who lived 5 miles away.  He was lovely, he googled the postcode of our sons house only to find that his driver was actually making a delivery half a mile away from our sons house, today at 11am on an industrial estate just up the road!!  This turned out to be more convenient for the driver than coming to our house - what a happy ending!
 
The packaging was all in tact and the stove itself was in perfect condition. The delivery driver waited patiently while our son examined it before signing the delivery note. The stove is as we expected and we are not disappointed with our choice. It looks amazing and is being fitted on 19th January so we should be toasty...........just hope it snows and gets really cold again!!!

I would definitely recommend your website, the lady who took my order over the phone was lovely and really helpful.

It is rare, these days, to buy a product or service and get what you want, when you want it and be treated courteously and efficiently. Hotprice managed to deliver our BeModern Orlando electric fire within 2 days of taking our phone order, keeping us informed by e-mail at each step. Major warehouse chains, charging much more for the same product, and adding delivery charges on top, will usually keep you waiting several weeks when ordering from the manufacturers.
