We offer Free Delivery within Mainland UK on all our products. 

Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires will be sent using a standard courier company with an estimated lead time of approximately 3-5 working days*.

Larger items such as Electric Fireplace suites will be delivered to you on a palletised delivery service with an estimated lead time of approximately 7-10 working days*.

All pallet deliveries are kerbside/front door delivery only, so please arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.

You will be contacted prior to despatch to arrange a suitable delivery day. A signature will be required on all deliveries.

Due to the continuing rise in costs for delivery to Highland areas, we have reluctantly concluded that having absorbed these costs for a long time this is regrettably no longer possible and we have had to introduce a fee for delivery to certain Scottish postcodes.
