Just a quick thank you note for such terrific service - about 2 days after placing the order for this fire I had a telephone call advising next day delivery. Even with your £10 delivery charge, the fire was much cheaper than elsewhere. Your website was most informative even down to the actual measurements of the fire which was one thing I needed.
It is sometimes difficult to know who to buy items from online and we have to take a chance - but I would definitely recommend your company 110% .

Just to let you know that the stove I ordered from you has now arrived.
The driver turned up when he said he would but his tail lift was faulty and he couldn't drop! But we re-arranged and it came yesterday absolutely ON TIME. Brilliant!

I would like to thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided to us during our recent minor issue with our electric fire. I think it was Sarah that dealt with our problem and who kept us up to date with what was happening and chased the suppliers when we heard nothing after 2 days. The new electric fire has now arrived and is working fine. Congratulations on excellent customer service, it is such and easy thing to provide but very few companies seem to do it as well as you have.

Ordered Burley Cottesmore 223 on 18th March. Burley rang within half hour - delivered 24th March. Excellent service throughout and at £225 plus £9.95 delivery. My usual preferred source John Lewis wanted £295 (free delivery!)

Dear All at Hotprice,

I would just like to thank your company for not only finding me a fire that was £200 cheaper than my local showroom, but when the chips were down and the glass was broken in the fire you sent me the new glass was immediately despatched to me.

Subsequently, the courier who delivered the fire, in the first instance, knew that we were having our fire fitted yesterday pm and delivered the new glass to us yesterday early am!

I now have my new fire installed.

Altogether great service, I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.
