Back in April last, I purchased a 'Gallery Collection' gas fire through your site. When the fire was being installed the installer found that the ceramic coal feature had been damaged in transit. Another very minor item was missing. I then telephoned your office (Julie or Sarah, if I recall correctly) to advise you and to request replacements. Within a very short time afterwards, both items arrived safely.
