Each Villager stove passes through stringent individual tests and checks before it is allowed to leave their workshop. Once the raw material has arrived at the Villager factory, everything else, right down to the door hinge is crafted on site.

Hand crafted stoves

The Villager range of traditionally designed wood burning, multi-fuel, gas fired and electric stoves offer excellent heat output and fuel efficiency. Their clean lines and well balanced proportions ensure they are equally at home in any setting and, with a range of over 40 models to choose from, we are confident there is one which will be just right for any room size. Villager have specialised in stove manufacture since 1979. Over the years they have built an enviable reputation for the lasting quality, reliability and fuel efficiency of their products, by combining modern manufacturing technology and methods with traditional and highly skilled engineering expertise and craftsmanship. To ensure the highest standards, all Villager stoves are manufactured using cast iron components from carefully selected and monitored British foundries and the best quality steel plate, which has been prestressed to withstand extremes of temperature.



Villager Multi-Fuel Stoves
All Villager multi-fuel stoves, with the exception of the Puffin incorporate Villagers advanced cleaner burning airwash system. This combines highly efficient fuel combustion with an airflow system to help keep the glass clean. Most stoves are supplied with a factory riddling grate. The range of Villager Multi-Fuel stoves have been designed to use with a wide variety of manufactured and natural fuels.

Villager Wood Burning Stoves
Designed, built and finished to withstand the extremes of temperature, all Villager wood burning models incorporate primary and secondary air vents along with the cleaner burning airwash system to help keep the glass clean.

These features combined with the lining and throat plate (found in all models) ensure complete fuel combustion, thus providing a good and well balanced heat store.

Villager Gas Stoves
The popularity of Villager gas stoves is due to the operating convenience, traditional good looks and build quality. The realistic flame effect created by their gas burners units - develpoed in Villagers own research and development department - has been achieved with no loss of fuel efficiency. Efficiency is measured by the amount of input gas that is converted to heat. Gastec, an independent European testing facility, has established all of the calculations Villager quote.

In addition to the gas fired stoves for conventional chimneys, Villager have a range of balanced flue stoves - also known as room sealed (RS) stoves. Balanced flue stoves vent directly through an appropriate outside wall.

All Villager gas stoves come supplied with either push button Piezo ignition or infrared remote control, both of which eliminate the need for matches and electricity, ensuring that you still have heat in the event of a power failure. All Villager gas stoves are CE approved and must be run with the doors closed.

Villager Electric Stoves
Increasing numbers of customers are looking to mix the style of a traditional solid fuel stove with all the convenience and versatility that an electric stove provides. To ensure the highest standards, all Villager electric stoves are made from high quality steel plate and cast iron components sourced from carefully selected and monitored foundries.
