Just a quick email to say thank you for the fantastic service .
I ordered a 904 grade flue liner kit on Friday and asked for delivery ASAP, it was sent next day delivery at no extra cost and arrived 2pm Monday .
I will definitely recommend to a friend who is fitting one soon.

Please find picture of our recent Broseley fire that we purchased from you and the fireplace that my other half has proudly made. We are really pleased with it, the advise you gave us when purchasing our fire in the showroom and the good customer service we received. The guys that fitted the fire were efficient and were in and out with minimum fuss and cleaned up after themselves. The aftercare service was excellent when we had a query after fitting. The Broseley Serrano 7 is a perfect choice for us and we love it!! It looks good, is very easy to manage and gives off enough heat to warm our open plan living room/kitchen.
We would highly recommend you and your service.

I would just like to say how efficient the whole purchase of the above stove transaction was carried out. The price was really good and the item was received well wrapped and appears to be in perfect condition. The delivery person was very helpful and assisted me in checking the condition of the stove before I was asked to sign the receipt for it. I had to send this email to praise the excellent service I have had from your company. I asked for advice about the purchase of a new electric fire as I had dimension limitations. This was given in a professional and pleasant manner and I was able to go ahead and order a suitable fire.

I placed my order by phone with Cherie on Friday 12th April 2013 at 10.20 am and received a call from the manufacturers at 10.55am the same day and was informed that my fire would be delivered today 15th. It arrived at 9.05 this morning.!!!!

This is amazing service and you should be very proud of yourselves especially in this modern culture where some firms just aren't interested in their customers. You have excelled in every way and it has been a pleasure to do business with you. Your prices are great too!!!
I look forward to my electrician fitting the fire in the next few days.

Just to let you know that we were extremely happy with the speed of service and more than happy with the way we were informed by Email & mobile phone at every stage on this purchase.
o.k. - you did miss quite a large item off the order but it was kind of separate to the actual item we had ordered. Anyway you are arranging to send it on so hopefully we will get it next week - no big problem.
However, we were so pleased with the actual delivery arrangements, being able to track it down from where it had originally been sent and then sent on until it got to the depot for actual delivery.

The big plus regarding delivery was being given a one hour window on a specific day which prevented the need to wait in all day.

I received the Hunter stove and the Stovax flue system I ordered as promised. It was delivered via Palletways who were very helpful and offloaded the items into my garage and checked everything was ok. I have got to say that Hotprice have delivered the items on time as promised and at the right price compared to all the other quotes I had. My system is all installed and up and running perfectly. Thanks for a great no hassle service. The only thing I did not receive was the installation plate for the flue system which the installer needs to attach to the flue with the details entered. Maybe I should have ordered one but for the cost of the flue I think one should have been provided? please advise me. Other than that I can't fault the service I would highly recommend Hotprice as a one stop shop for all of your stove and flue requirements.

Thank you very much for the delivery of the beautiful Logan fireplace and Valor Classica Dimension electric fire, both of which have been received undamaged and very much in time for Christmas. Both items were delivered on time, by friendly, courteous and helpful delivery drivers who placed said items in a convenient place for us - very important to us as my husband cannot carry heavy loads due to a back injury and I broke my wrist a few weeks ago putting me out of action.

As a 'newbie' to buying over the Internet and using procedures that are unfamiliar to us, I must admit to panicking when I received an e-mail which warned that there was a delay in delivery of our Valor fire which didn't state whether the 7-10 delay referred to days or weeks. (This e-mail arrived about the same time as a series of television documentaries appeared about Internet frauds and scams - so you can imagine what was going through our minds!)
